Sharp Management directed the complex, large-scale expansion and modernization of 494 Broad Street, transforming a vacant surface lot into a striking, 10-story mixed-use commercial asset in the heart of Newark’s Washington Park district.

Our team expertly navigated a zero-lot-line urban footprint to seamlessly integrate a pre-existing 1960s office structure with a massive new vertical development. The completed facility blends advanced structural steel framing with high-end zinc panels, expansive glass curtain walls, and sophisticated architectural louvers.
